Watercolor Blues

This jacket though!  IRO makes the best leather jackets in the world.  I am obsessed!  They fit the body so perfectly and drape beautifully.  The leather is soft and stretchy and doesn’t add one bit of bulk,  and I looooovveeeee the color of this one.  I seriously die!!  So many leather jackets that I’ve tried on are stiff and end up making you look like a football player…not the look we want, right girls?!  If you can ever splurge, get an IRO jacket that’s perfect for you.  I think this one would also look amazing with all white underneath!

I paired the Yigal scarf with it because I wanted to tie in all of the blues and grays and add some color to the look.  With the combination of modal (aka softest cotton ever) and cashmere, it is literally the softest scarf I think I’ve ever felt.  It also looks cool tied around the bag as an accessory.  As it was getting warmer out, I felt like I didn’t need it anymore, so the bag was the perfect way to display it.

Since the jacket and scarf really made the outfit, I just put a black tank underneath as a base layer.  I wasn’t going to take the jacket off, so nothing more than my Majestic tank was necessary.  The black faded Rag & Bone jeans were super soft and lightweight, and added just the right amount of edge to the look with minimal rips.

The gray Givenchy Antigona bag is everything!!  The Antigona is probably my most favorite bag I’ve ever purchased.  I bought it in black last summer and was immediately hooked!  It is comfortable to carry valet style, on your shoulder, or in your hands, and is sturdy!  You can pack this bag to the brim, and the leather is so structured that it won’t bend in the slightest.   The hardware that Givenchy puts on their bags is second to none.  I love how bold and shiny it is.  You can just tell that it’s an amazingly well made bag that will stand the test of time.

I wanted a classic shoe to finish off the look with a simple pointed toe black pump.  I chose to wear my Christian Louboutin Pigalle, but you can also wear the Charles David one that I linked below for basically the same look.  I have the Charles David ones in nude and really love them.  They’re honestly way more comfy than the Louboutin’s, and a fraction of the price.  That’s a win-win for me!

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and reading!
