Wondering how to pull off the denim on denim look? Here you go! The key to wearing this look right is to make sure your “denims” are different shades. It will also work with different shades of blue denim as long as one is dark and one is light.
This top is the perfect summer top! I wore it to meet a friend for brunch Saturday and then to work. It’s also super cute with shorts. You could wear this look to a 4th of July BBQ or any casual function that you want to look pulled together, but be comfortable and cool in this heat. I was so comfy all day in this outfit. Since I was on my feet all day at work, I wore these Sam Edelman wedges that are the perfect height for long periods of walking or standing. The heels were perfect for wearing out to dinner, and I love how the gladiator sandals add a touch of sparkle to a more casual look.
Fit Tips: The top runs true to size, even though it’s very boxy. It doesn’t have any give in the shoulder area, and you don’t want that to pull when you’re moving around. I would say XS=0-2, S=4-6, M=8-10, L=12
