Tasteful Textures

It was still super warm in Miami when we shot these pictures, so I thought I would give you some other outfit options if you happen to be in cooler weather.  Most of us in Tampa are dying for some lower temps!  It’s still in the low 80’s here and I just want to wear a darn sweater haha!

One night that it happened to be a little cooler, I wore this top with black ripped skinny jeans and my leather IRO jacket (my go to leather in several previous posts) and kept the same booties.  It looked really chic and was perfect for cooler weather.  If you don’t want to be as daring with the black bandeau, you can wear the same bandeau in cream or just a cream cami will work fine.  The top is actually wool, so it does have some warmth to it.

I loved mixing the textures in this outfit like the crinkled look of the top with the solid skirt, and then the suede booties with the matte leather bag.  I showed you the outfit with 2 different handbags because you could make this look a little more nighttime by putting a clutch with it, rather than the oversized Phantom.  That bag is fabulous for running around town because it holds everything!  Careful though because it does get heavy after a while…that’s the only negative, but otherwise I have used it a ton!  You could also change the shoes to a pump or some over the knee boots if you wanted it to look more nighttime.  Wearing neutral make up, but with a red lip pops among all of the other neutral colors in my outfit.  I needed a pop of color around my face with the cream top and my blonde hair for sure!
