How fun is this outfit?! I wore it to work last Saturday and got so many compliments on this little number. This skirt is so fun and flirty, and I can’t wait to wear it again more casually with a fun graphic tee and a pair of sneaks! My top would also be perfect with denim and pumps to wear out. I would wear white, blue or colored denim with it. My top runs TTS, as well as the skirt. Don’t size down in the skirt, like you normally do at Express. I would get your true size. My heels run small, so I would size up a half a size.
