Since the holidays are fast approaching (I can’t believe next week is Thanksgiving..yikes!!), I thought there’s no other time than now to start showing you some holiday inspired looks and gift giving ideas on Friday’s from now until Christmas. This is a HUGE call out I get from so many customers, friends and family. There are parties, and get togethers galore, and everyone needs outfits and hostess gifts on top of all of their regular holiday shopping and hectic lives. Busy, busy, busy..I get it!
I chose this dress by A.L.C., who is one of my all time favorite designers. Her pieces scream casual luxury to me, which is the style that I love more than anything. I think most women want to have versatile pieces in their wardrobe that can take them from day to night with a quick change in shoes and accessories, and this dress is the perfect piece. It has a touch of sparkle to it, so I say wear it day or night!
Ways to wear this look: 1) You could put a black blazer over it like this, wear tights (DKNY are the best), and a black bootie like this Stuart Weitzman, and you’re set for work. 2) Put a leather jacket like this Trouvé and wear these Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots for a more street chic look. 3) Wear it like I wore it below for the perfect party look! Pieces like this are incredibly valuable to me and many working women because it helps simplify life in general. The simpler, the better, right?!!
