A Few of My Favorite Beauty Items!

I wanted to write this post to share with you a few of my favorite beauty items that I can’t live without!  Some are new and some are ones that I’ve used forever and swear by!  Click on the links below to shop and be sure to click “Continue Reading” to see why I am so obsessed with each one!

Kiel’s Creme De Corps Body Lotion: I’ve used this body lotion for over 10 years now, and am obsessed with how it keeps my skin moisturized, soft and smooth.  I’ve gotten so many people hooked on it for life!

La Mer Eye Concentrate: I’ve tried sooo many eye creams and I always come back to this one.  The wand that it comes with has a cooling, soothing sensation that gets rid of dark circles and leaves your under eyes bright and shining!

Smash box Primer Oil: I’m going to be honest, it took me a while to get on board with this bc I didn’t really know how to use it at first.  It leaves your whole face with a glow and gives you that perfectly dewy look.  The key is to thoroughly wet your beauty blender and squeeze it out.  Then you take about 2-3 drops of the primer oil and put it on the tip of the beauty blender.  I tap it on my wrist just to spread it out a little before touching my face.  Then, I tap the beauty blender under my eyes and just a little all over my face.  I do this after applying my skincare.

Beauty Blender: After using this with the primer oil, I then apply my primer that you can find here (MakeUp Forever), I use my beauty blender to apply my under eye concealer.  I go back and forth between these 2 under eye concealers and love both equally ha!

Make Up Forever Smoothing Primer: This primes and smoothes your skin and diminishes pores.  I put it on after the primer oil and then put my foundation over it.  Pores are not really a problem for me, but I love the way it smoothes my skin!

Eye Concealers: MAC Pro Longwear (I wear shade NW20) & NARS (I wear the shade Vanilla)  I use my damp beauty blender to apply

Anastasia Brow Whiz: I use this every day for years to fill in my brows.  I get my brows done at the Anastasia counter and have learned how to do them from the aestheticians there with the “connect the dots” method.

Tula Exfoliating Treatment Mask: I exfoliate my face 2-3 times a week, which is crucial to having great skin, and love this exfoliant.  It’s not too abrasive or harsh (I have sensitive skin), so I have to be careful of this.  So many of them leave my skin red and will cause me to break out, and this one doesn’t do that at all!

Tula Volume Defense Serum: I’ll be honest when I say that it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to face products.  For under $100, this serum is amazing!  I have a whole skincare routine that I live by religiously and really don’t go off the path hardly ever.  When I got this serum, I thought I would try it on my hands for a few weeks just to see if I noticed a difference.  Seriously, my hands have never looked better!  I’ve been using it on my face ever since and I’m in love with it!  Like I said, I have very sensitive skin, and this doesn’t bother me at all.

Génefique Masks: I’ve only been using these for about a month now, but OhhEmmGee these masks have never made my skin look better and more youthful!!  I know they’re expensive, but trust me, they’re worth every penny.  I do one at night twice a week!

Josie Maran Foundation: I’ve used this for over 6 months now, and it’s my all time favorite foundation!!  It leaves my skin dewy and glowing!  I apply it with a Morphe M439 brush

‘Berry Kiss’ Travel Cosmetics Case: Last, but not least, a girlfriend gave me the cutest travel makeup case that fit all of my makeup perfectly for my last trip to South Carolina.  It would be an adorable Valentine’s Day gift for anyone and it’s only $22!

Thank you so much for reading and Happy Saturday! XOXO
